Orders and Returns
Solamente.shop seeks to ensure the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the opportunity to make one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The shipping must necessarily be at the expense and under the responsibility of the customer within 14 days of delivery and only on the condition that the items are intact and unused.
1. RETURN CONDITIONS
To send solamente.shop one or more returns, the customer is required to comply with strict conditions:
A) All items sold on Solamente.shop Online are delivered to the customer with a tag specifically designed for online purchases, authenticating the item with our Logo. The item must be tried on without cutting off any tag or tampering with the warranty seal. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly integral safety seal and authenticity tags. We will in no case accept returns with the security seal or the authenticity tag cut, broken, disconnected, removed or tampered with.
B) The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) The items must necessarily be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the customer and must be packed and packaged appropriately.
D) All other labels of the head, both fabric and pendants, must necessarily be intact and in no case be removed from the article.
E) The customer who wishes to undertake change the size, color or product, must submit the return process and make a new order on the site Solamente.shop.
F) Swimwear should be tested wearing underwear and must not show signs of use.
In view of the failure to comply with any of the above conditions, solamente.shop reserves the right not to accept returned merchandise and return it to the customer at its expense.
2. THE RETURN PROCEDURE
A) To request permission to return, the customer must send a request within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. In the e-mail part numbers must be specified to be returned. Upon receipt of the request made, the customer of solamente.shop service will send the customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.B) The shipping costs of the return and customs duties shall be debited to the Customer (Delivery Duty Paid).
Shipping is at the risk of the Customer: solamente.shop is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items should be returned in the same package in which they are received or in the same way and typology.
All garments are made from the staff inspected the solamente.shop who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return process. solamente.shop reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be eventually needed to ensure the relisting of the returned items. These amounts will be determined after the evaluation of the condition of returned and reported to the customer.
If the procedure has been made correctly performed, in compliance with all the conditions, the customer will receive an email of acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by crediting the credit card (if the order was paid by Credit Card) or bank transfer.
4. SIZE/COLOR EXCHANGE
Items can be exchanged only with a same product category, when the item is available (ex. shirt by shirt, jacket by jacket). The new item not will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.
